Tickets may be purchased from the Proprietor at Uton Farm or at the site by the visiting warden.

The most common types of bait used at the fishery are; luncheon meat, maggot, floating crust, sweetcorn, bloodworms, Chum mixer and boilies.

Nut baits are not permitted

REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES

1. No cars beyond the car park area. No riding bikes near the lakes.

2. Anglers must be in possession of a valid EPA Fishing Licence, available from the Post Office, Market Street, Crediton

3. All nets must be dipped in the chemical tank prior to fishing

4.
Anglers may only use barbless hooks, all long shank bent hooks are forbidden. Recommended line with breaking strain of 8lb for carp, 4lb for general fishing. Permanently fixed lead rigs are prohibited.

5. We advice the use of carp mats when landing fish. No carp must be kept in keep nets. All fish must be returned to the water.

6. Anyone found removing fish will be prosecuted under the Theft Act.

7. Anglers under the age of 18 years are not allowed to fish the Island Pond unless prior agreement is given by the proprietor. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult angler.

8. Please take home unwanted bait, do not throw into the lakes. Please take your litter home or place in the bins provided.

9. Enjoy the peace and please keep noise to a minimum. No loud music or raised voices.

10. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.

11. Any person found to be contravening any regulation may be liable to further action possibly including ban or prosecution.

12. All Anglers and their guests entering the fishery do so at their own risk. The Owners accept no responsiblity for injury, loss or damage to to persons or their property.
